The Doctors who conduct the eye exams are extremely thorough, patient and knowledgeable. The old middle aged woman at the counter is extremely condescending and rude. She's not prepared to explain anything or provide any information. If I was aware of the store's policies and offers, I wouldn't ask. If I knew the features and specs of products in your store, I wouldn't ask.

Wardha helped me with getting setup with lenses and frames. She was patient and explained everything also told me what frames would not work with the size of lens I ordered. I availed the BOGO offer with Wardha’s help worked best for me as the lens alone for high power was $350 for the thinnest one and $250 for the mid range one. Booking an appt was quick and easy using the website. Selection to choose from was also sufficient and they had decent designs. I went during a promo so it was great value on top of everything else. Interaction at the store with the staff was smooth, the only thing that could be improved on would be communication I had no problem waiting for the order but if it was communicated that it would take longer it would have been fine. They also offer to tighten/fix your frames that you have bought from them. I got mine fixed 2 years after I had bought them and they were super quick!

The doctor was lovely. Very helpful and very kind. However the lady that works at the front is abrupt, short, and I found her rude. Don't presume to tell me what my body feels like. When a person is new to wearing glasses they're looking for a gentle kind person to guide them. I did not get that here. I will go back for eye appointments with the doctor but I will not go back ever to buy glasses there again. Some people just shouldn't work in customer service.

From my experience with this location, they look for ways to avoid responsibility for product/installation issues rather than ways to help the client. I recently had new lenses put on existing frames. A lens was not installed properly, so they chose to not help, saying that the frames are several years old, rather than seeing it as the new lenses that were just installed, being the issue. My wife also had similar issues with this location. Despite the fact that we have been going there for 5 years, it appears that they do not see the "big picture" with customer service/retention.

I lost one of the lenses in my new eyeglasses when out walking , it just fell out and I didn't notice it till I got home. They were very sympathetic and agreed to replace both lenses at no cost to me. I am so pleased with their level of customer service.
