I was in need of an eye checkup and I wasn’t impressed with the optometrist I had been using so wanted a change. I thought I would try Specsavers. First, their online booking system was so easy I thought I must have missed something. When I arrived, every single staff member greeted with a smile. I was immediately taken into the exam room, no wait. After several tests, I saw the Optometrist, Dr. Patience. She truly made me feel like I had her undivided attention. She was knowledgeable, understanding and incredibly thorough. Once finished, it was time to purchase glasses. Again, the young lady who helped me listened carefully to what I was looking for and was able to help me find the perfect frame. The whole experience was like no other. I’ve already recommended them to friends and now family and I will recommend them to anyone who wants to listen. Five stars, no hesitation!!!
all details was exceptional.. thanks for that,. On second visit had an opportunity to meet Mr. Adam, he is extremely professional and had all product knowledge. The eye test was done perfectly. Mr. Adam seems highly experienced in his field and I would like to appreciate Adam. Dr. Ali who tested my eyes was very friendly and did my eye test very well and she also suggested well. She is extremely talented and professional. I had a very pleasant experience with the store. However, I think the delivery of the sunglasses is delay due to out of stock. I can understand that. May be on this area you can work on faster deliveries.
I am a new customer. The store had a great selection of frames. It is a great deal too! I am getting two pairs of glasses for the price of one. And they do direct billing with my company's insurance. Adam is great, service was great, and he is very knowledgeable and addressed my questions with confidence. It will take 5 to 10 business days to have my glasses ready but I'm sure the quality will be great. In today's world of saving $$$ where you can I'd recommend Specsavers!
I was extremely happy with my experience at SpecSavers Meadowvale today. Adam and Genesis were so nice and helpful in offering advice and explaining all my options. I liked that they did not just assume, but asked lots of questions about how I use my glasses in daily life. The prices were very reasonable and even submitted my order to my insurance company for me. I am very much looking forward to picking up my new glasses in the very near future.
