Staff is very nice. They continued to provide best possible service during the pandemic. But they are very expensive. Recently I brought my own frame and had lenses fitted, but had to pay almost 3 times the online price for similar lenses. While I appreciate lenses have various qualities, but I didn't get a certificate for the lenses that I got from Queens Spectacle, nor would I get a certificate for what I get online. Bottom line, next time I would not like to pay 3 times for something that I can get cheaper and conveniently at home.
We’ve been coming to see the amazing staff at Queens Spectacle for over 10 years. They are so incredibly wonderful to work with. From eye exams to lenses and frames they have been the best for keeping the process simple. We travel from Oshawa to see the team that work here and at the Lakeshore location. This is because no other shop has impressed us as well as Queens. Tons of selection, warm and friendly staff, we always leave happy and looking good! They have also been there for us in community events and have helped raise money for local charities! This means more to me than great costumer service. This is a model business for all to aspire.
