Excellent and fast service. Came in on a Friday and glasses were ready by Saturday. Prices were competitive as well. Can definitely recommend ????
Amazing experience! Faraz helped me out and was attentive to what I was looking for. Thanks again so much! I will come back again! ????
I had the pleasure of visiting Eyes 4 U optical for the first time, and I can confidently say it won't be my last. I was thoroughly impressed with Sahar's exceptional customer service. She was not only a delight to converse with but also went above and beyond to assist me in finding and securing the sunglasses I desired. In fact, my whole family purchased sunglasses and medical glasses from her. I wholeheartedly recommend this optical shop to everyone; it is an absolute must-visit!
apologize for the experience I'm about to describe. I didn't encounter any issues with the optical shop as they were helpful and I'm completely satisfied with their services. However, I did have a problem with the eye test conducted by the optometrist on the day of my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for September 1st, on a Friday evening at 4:00 pm, but the doctor arrived at 6:00 pm and seemed rushed to attend to all the patients. In terms of my vision, I can see close objects clearly, but I have difficulty with long-distance vision. I had high expectations for the service, considering we are in Canada. I mentioned that I work in IT and use a computer regularly. However, in hindsight, I feel that might have been a mistake. The optometrist recommended progressive lenses, stating they would be the best choice for me. Despite not having any issues with close-distance vision, I accepted the recommendation, assuming I would receive high-quality glasses. After waiting for two weeks, I received the glasses. They work well for close objects, but they magnify the size of things when I look at my laptop. For long-distance, they are fine, and I have no issues. My question is, I'm unsure why the optometrist suggested progressive lenses when I mainly have issues with long-distance vision. I've tried to adjust to the changes, but after a week of use, I'm still struggling. I contacted the optical shop, and they offered two separate pairs of glasses to address the issue – one for computer use and one for long-distance. However, I'm now unsure why I initially accepted the recommendation for progressive lenses when my primary issue is with long-distance vision. In my second visit, I reiterated that I don't have any issues with close-distance vision. Here are the prescription details for the glasses: OD: -1.00 -0.75x090 OS: -0.75 -1.00x085 Add: +150 - progressives The other prescription is: OD: +0.50 -0.75x090 OS: +0.75 -1.00x085 Intended for near and computer use
