Very unsafe experience! I found a small piece of iron in my food at Standard Sweet Restaurant. It came into my mouth — if swallowed, it could have caused serious harm. I was with my kids, and it could have been dangerous for them too. Be very careful!
I ordered food around midnight it was so bad experience. First time it was good but this time it’s just wastage of money as well as food is just so bad. That is so much spicy having red chillies that’s not good for health. I think management should think and check on these things.
I have been itching to eat Makai ki Roti and Sarson ka saag for ages and I thought would have to wait for winter 26. But got it right here in The middle of Brampton and in the middle of summer . The restaurant exterior is under renovation and the interior is not great either. But the food and service are excellent. Very warm, very Punjabish. And the Makai Sarson was excellent. Terrific. Oh the only irritant is the bosses son who insists on speaking 24/7 on his phone on speaker phone. Very irritating!
I’ve been here before and enjoyed the food, but this time I had a very concerning experience. There was a PIECE OF WOOD (about 2 inches) I found in my samosa, which could’ve caused injury if swallowed. Such an awful expeience
I had a deeply disappointing and unsafe experience. I ordered an Amritsari Kulcha, and to my shock, I found a stapler pin inside the food in my mouth, mid-bite. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous. It could have caused a serious injury if swallowed or bitten the wrong way. WON’T BE COMING BACK!????????
