Amazing Food and Great Vibes! I recently visited Desi Bar and Grill, and it was such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic desi flavors and perfectly cooked. The staff, especially Harneet, were very friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves great food and great service!
A great way to spend Ashtami evening dinner. Good biryani, generously proportioned. Succulent rumali kebab. Decent beer on tap. Wife enjoyed her fish kebab (ajwaini). Took tandoori chicken for the kids - generously proportioned. Pick the right dishes - and the right beer - and you will have a good time. Nitpicking is a downer - I don’t see the point of that - it meets my expectations of a “Desi bar” and more. Only suggestion for improvement is for the servers to be clear on what’s on tap. Missed the Heineken in the first round, but having found it it’s there on the second, managed to squeeze it in. Not a big deal.
Visited here for the first time with expectations of good flavours and the first bite of Spring Rolls became so mesmerizing. The Butter Paneer masala was not sweet which is what made the dinner even more enjoyable. And the closing with Lehsun Dal tadka with Jeera rice made a complete meal. It is really good north indian food here.
Went in a group of 4. Reached around 7pm so there was no wait and got a booth immediately. Loved the food, everything was amazing, from the kebabs to the tikkas, to the Raita to the breads. Instantly teleported to India. Absolutely recommend this place and hope they open a location in downtown Toronto as well.
