Wonderful food. The host was very friendly and provided excellent guidance for those unfamiliar with Kerala cuisine. I ordered their Kerala Version of Thali, which is called Chuttisore. It was packed inside a banana leaf and served like a burrito (except we don't eat the skin of this burrito). The meats were well-marinated; the chicken and fish were well-seasoned and tasty. The rice was warm, and the other ingredients of the thali (like Sambhar and poriyals) were all on point. I ordered more food to go after I was done (that is how good their food was). I will recommend it to anyone looking for a Kerala food experience with authentic taste.
This is a small but nice spot with a decent ambience. There is one lady at the front who takes orders and serves tables. She seems a bit overwhelmed managing everything on her own. I ordered the biryani, kizhi parotta, and beef curry. The food is really delicious and the prices are good for the meat portions you get. Everything tasted great but the beef was a bit overcooked and turned rubbery. Overall it is a tasty place to try, especially if you enjoy Indian and Kerala cuisine.
My family and I came here for the first time and we were very glad, the food was amazing! The taste exceeded our expectations and the customer service was top notch. Thank you Alkka for making this dining experience enjoyable!
A reservation was made for 1 pm and we were accommodated at 12pm. As we were celebrating Eid, this restaurant experience made it all worth it. The food was fresh and flavourful. Within minutes of ordering we were served and responded to with the utmost respect. Four meals were shared amongst six adults with still some food left to take home. If you like spice and a change of pace, this is your kind of place. A clean and welcoming place.
I recently visited here and had a delightful experience. The food was good with authentic Indian flavors, and the menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with traditional décor that added to the overall experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was comfortable. Some dishes were slightly on the pricier side. However, the quality of the food more good. Some of the dishes get a frozen food taste.
